Best quality, Indian White Himalayan Aged Basmati Rice. You will not find a more fragrant, certified organic basmati rice anywhere. Aging Himalayan rice for 2+ years creates highly desirable qualities. When cooked, the grains separate easily. They are dry (as opposed to sticky), long, slender grains of heavenly rice that can be used in any recipe that calls for rice. Aging can also make the grains more aromatic.
*Note: Aged basmati rice can sometimes need a little bit more water than regular rice. If your rice is undercooked after a normal cooking time, add a little more water and cook for a few more minutes.

These are all of the delicious Indian and Korean/asian meals my family and I have made using thei fragrant basmati rice. You can smell it right out of the bag. Itâs different than any Iâve bought even the regenerative Lundberg kind tastes best with Indian food, as the aroma just reminds me of home. Excellent, buy!! And price is reasonable.
Very good basmati rice. Put it in all the country that I make, and I love that it's aged and traditional and organic. Pure Indian foods is the best and I would get basically anything I have to use from them. And that includes this basmati rice, so good!

Iâm totally smitten with this aged basmati rice. Iâve been looking for a high-quality basmati rice for a while now because I know itâs essential to making perfectly cooked biryanis and pulaos. I live close to a huge Indian community here in LA (Artesia) and Iâve tried many different brands of rice from the huge selection I can find locally. The rice is the best tasting ever . Very easy to cook . I follow package directions and use a nonstick pot . I rinse well first . I have no pictures of rice because everybody ate it all , but , I did serve it with the lamb shoulder roll !!

I've only been able to make this rice once so far, but really enjoyed it. It has a deeper flavor and slightly drier texture. I could just sit and eat it plain, but it was great with a spicy chicken dish. I want to try the recipe on the website with the Morita chili this week.
