Gheek Points Rewards and Referral Program Terms

These terms explain how the Pure Indian Foods Rewards and Referral Program (the "Program") works. By joining the Program or using Gheek Points or referral coupons, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal information the Program collects.

Who Can Join

The Program is for retail customers. It does not apply to wholesale accounts or wholesale orders. Joining is voluntary and free. To join, you create a rewards account with us.

Earning Gheek Points

Members earn Gheek Points for the following actions:

  • Place an order: 2 Gheek Points for every $1 you spend on your order subtotal. Taxes and shipping are not included.
  • Submit a review: 100 Gheek Points.
  • Follow us on Instagram: 100 Gheek Points.
  • Submit a photo or video: 500 Gheek Points.
  • Celebrate a birthday: 200 Gheek Points. A birthday must be saved in your account to earn these points.

Points are added to your account after the qualifying action is completed and verified. We may reverse awarded points for reviews, photos, or videos that are not genuine, do not relate to our products, or violate our policies.

Redeeming Gheek Points

100 Gheek Points equal $1 off your order. You can use your points on any retail order, and they work the same way as a cash discount on your purchase. Points can be used together with other coupons and discounts. There are no product exclusions.

Point Expiration

Gheek Points do not expire while your account remains open.

Referrals

You can refer friends to Pure Indian Foods. Your friend receives a $10 off coupon. When your friend makes a purchase, you receive a $10 off coupon. If you refer a friend, we collect your friend's email address only to send the referral invitation you requested. Please only refer people you know who would welcome the invitation.

Closing Your Account

You may leave the Program at any time by closing your account or contacting us at info@pureindianfoods.com. If your account is closed, any unredeemed Gheek Points are forfeited.

Fair Use and Changes

Gheek Points have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may adjust or remove points or coupons earned by error. If we find fraud or abuse of the Program, we will close your account and all of your Gheek Points will be forfeited. We may change or end the Program from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms on this page and update the date above.
