  • Clean Ingredients

Our ingredients are simple and pronounceable. No preservatives, no refined oils, & no artificial flavors. Made with organic spices. When oil is called for, we only use extra virgin olive oil.

  • Handmade in Small Batches

Our Indian pickles are made the way they’ve been made for generations — by hand in small batches. This time-intensive process allows the ingredients to develop deep, complex flavors — without needing preservatives, additives, or shortcuts. Every jar is a celebration of patience, care, and real food.

  • Dangerously Delicious

Our achaars are wildly versatile — and dangerously delicious. Spoon them onto rice or dal for a traditional twist, layer them into sandwiches and wraps, or swirl them into yogurt, dressings, or marinades for an instant flavor upgrade. And if we’re being honest… they’re good enough to eat straight from the jar. No judgment — we do it too.

Big Flavor, Real Ingredients, No Compromises

Indian Pickles: Unbeatable Flavor

Our Indian pickles aren’t just bold — they’re honest. Made with whole fruits and vegetables, cold-pressed oils, carefully selected spices, and zero junk, these small-batch treasures bring together deep tradition and clean eating. Whether you're a flavor chaser, a wellness seeker, or simply pickle-curious, there's something here for you: heat, tang, umami, and that crave-worthy complexity only time and fermentation can create.

Spoon it over rice, swirl it into yogurt, or sneak it straight from the jar — this is the good stuff.

Toss those sad, watery, vinegary pickles to the curb—this is lemon like you’ve never met it before. Our take on traditional Nimbu ka Achaar, this Organic Fermented Lemon Pickle is a wild ride of bold and zesty: sun-ripened organic lemons are slow-fermented for that deep, tangy punch, then bathed in the finest extra-virgin olive oil, and set ablaze with a glorious mix of all-organic Indian spices. Every bite of this Indian lemon pickle is a mouthwatering rebellion against the bland, steeped in tradition, and unapologetically bold.

This world-class condiment is:

  • Handmade in Small Batches
  • Locally Made
  • Limited Edition
  • Made with only the Cleanest & Certified Organic Ingredients
  • A Treasured Family Recipe
  • Made with NO chemical preservatives like sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate
  • Made with NO chemically-processed or heat-extracted seed oils.
  • Made with NO added colors, artificial flavors, sugar

While the other guys are drowning their pickles in cheap seed oils (looking at you, canola), we go all in with certified organic extra virgin olive oil—because your taste buds deserve quality, and your body deserves better.

Translation? It’s actually good for you. So go ahead, lick the jar clean. We won’t judge.

No proper Indian meal is complete without a fiery spoonful of achaar—it’s the final, flavor-packed puzzle piece that makes the whole plate sing. But don’t box it in! This Organic Fermented Lemon Pickle’s a wild card—stunning on everything from sandwiches to salads to that midnight snack you’re definitely not telling anyone about.

Craving a flavor revolution?

  • Whip our lemon pickle into butter, yogurt, or mayo for a lip-tingling dip that’ll make your fries, chips, and veggies do a happy dance straight into your mouth.
  • Stir it into tomato gravies to unleash hidden depths of flavor so daring it’ll haunt your taste buds.
  • Slather it over rice, daal, naan, roti, or parathas like the culinary rebel you are.
  • Pair it with curries on the side for a sidekick that steals the show.
  • Or blend it into hollandaise and drop a dollop on your eggs and watch brunch bow down to your boldness.

Delicious authentic flavorful without seed oils, perfect pairing with Indian food or honestly just by itself. The garlic flavor is robust so if you love garlic, you will love this.

This stuff is too good. I literally have to ration it. I would eat it all day every day if I could handle it in my stomach. But I don't think that's the best idea. So I ration it every day but I couldn't have a better pickle in my home. I'm so thankful pure Indian foods does this.

Great for your guy health, I can eat it straight out of the jar. Works with everything from your eggs, sandwiches to soups. Hopefully they'll offer a larger jar soon!

This is an amazing lemon pickle. Trust us, it truly like a homemade pickle that my mom used to make. which is a proof of high quality ingredients used to make this. Please don't change anything in your recipe. In the market today there are hundreds of competing products, none come close to quality and authenticity. Keep up the great work!!!

This fermented lemon pickle is like an elevated preserved lemon.. salty and sour with a little kick! It pairs well with just about anything! I have been enjoying a little dollop stirred into pasta with vegetables, dal with rice or mixing a spoonful with olive oil and used as a base for white pizza with ricotta and asparagus.

So yummy and so glad it uses unrefined virgin oil! I only buy products have oil that specifically state that they are unrefined virgin otherwise just plain avocado oil, plain olive oil or plain coconut oil are probably refined. This company only uses unrefined virgin oil in their products. I love this pickle and I love the mango pickle.

It's too good. Ate way too much at first 😅 still, got a bunch more. Love love love!

Delicious 😋, just like everything I have ordered!

A staple of the pantry! I don’t know how I managed to be a decent cook before discovering fermented lemon?!? It’s been awhile. This is a fav to round out and boost flavors for sure!

I am very happy with the pickle. I got aam ka achaar and nimboo ka achaar. Both are super tasty and reminds me of my childhood. Thank you so much!

Super tasty

Became a fav and now we keep some on hand. Idk how I lived without fermented lemon pickle for so long. It brings such flavor and joy to many dishes.

Great product!

I love this new addition to my pantry. Tastes just like home! I would never go without any of their pickles honestly!

Just did not like!

we love the fermented lemon pickle! It has a wonderfully sharp umami flavor that can be added to almost any meal. We had it along side of a spicy black bean and rice dish and it added a tangy depth of flavor that was delicious!

Very tasty.

It’s a little too bitter and

A big hit with the whole family. So lemony - you only need a little to perk up your Dahl. Great with roti and curd as well.

I absolutely LOVE the lemon pickle! I use it with my basmati rice, and it tastes just like lemon rice. Pair that with fresh hummus and cucumbers, and it's a delicious, quick snack or meal! Great on picnics!! It is my favorite so far!! Yum! Yum!!

One of my favorites. Anything fermented is great for the stomach.

Great, tasty stuff - highly recommend!!

I love the fermented pickles from Pure Indian, but these are not my favorite. I don’t know what I was expecting, these are spicy and sour in a combination I can’t like. Still trying to find a dish that these match. The Fermented Ginger Pickles, on the other hand, I could dollop on just about any savory dish.

I have been waiting to try this! It is the absolute perfect balance of tart and salt. Just as you think "Oh..too much.." its counterpart swings in to balance. i started making some pickles this past year. Mostly Green Mango, and I really want to try to make this one, but we do not get the right Lemons from what I have read. Regardless. This pickle is perfect! Truly!!

This was the first time I've ever tried fermented lemon pickles. They are tangy and delicious! This will be a new staple condiment for us now! I appreciate Pure Indian Food products. They are so clean, healthy and enhance all of our meals! Also, we just tried the Ojas Hot Chocolate from Pure Indian Foods. I warmed it up with some goat milk and my husband loved it. I like that it's not too sweet, but you can add a little sweetner if you want. The cardamon and rose make it special.

Amazing - Tart, flavorful, sweet, slightly spicy, complex, packed with probiotics. Love it.
