If you receive the order and you are not satisfied with it, you can return the merchandise in original packaging within 14 days along with the receipt. Once we receive your package, we will refund the amount charged of the items returned. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or defective.

This is my first time buying Indian Sandalwood essential oil, Santalum album. I am a certified clinical aromatherapist and have purchased and used Indian Sandalwood Mysore, Santalum album, in the past twenty years and the fragrance does not begin to match what I have had from India. So that left me a little disappointed. However, I will say it has a very calming effect and is a good fixative for fragrances you are or want to formulate. I plan on using it in my skincare and do think it will be effective. Last of all it is a very good price and will accomplish what I need to use it for. Thank you.
