NOT SATISFIED?
If you receive the order and you are not satisfied with it, you can return the merchandise in original packaging within 14 days along with the receipt. Once we receive your package, we will refund the amount charged of the items returned. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or defective.
ORDER REFUSED
If you refuse the order or if the carrier was not able to deliver it, we will give full refund less the shipping charges.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If the shipping address that you supply is found to be incomplete or incorrect then you are responsible for the additional charges imposed by the shipping company for correcting the address.
RETURNED TO SENDER / UNDELIVERABLE
If we send you a shipment and it gets returned back to us as it was undeliverable to the address provided, we will refund the amount you had paid for the products only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping cost. We offer the option to reship the same order to an alternative address for an additional shipping fee.

Awesome shampoo and it smells fabulous!
I have greying hair and sensitive scalp. Neem shampoo is gentle and effective for cleansing and adding shine to my coarse greys. My scalp is not irritated! No itchiness!

Has a very nice & sweet scent. Works great and cleans my hair better than other shampoo's. Makes my hair super soft & shiny! The formula is thinner than the average shampoo as well.
I’ve only used this a few times but so far I really like it. It does not leave my hair dry which is definitely saying something.
This is the first shampoo I've found in a decade that leaves my hair clean, shiny and thick right after shampooing! For years I've had to use a clarifying shampoo that strips my natural oils in order to not get a plaque kind of residue on my hairbrush bristles. It has taken a few days for my natural oils to build back leaving my hair soft and shiny again. I've experimented with twenty different high end shampoos trying to find one that worked but all left a waxy film on my brush bristles, so I'd have to go back to my old harsh stripping shampoo. When I used this Neem shampoo, my hair looked great right away. My husband even noticed and said,"Wow, your hair is beautiful," immediately after shampooing!
