Ingredients:

400 g chickpeas, cooked or canned
200 g tomato, chopped
100 g onion, chopped
20 g oil
5 g Organic Cumin Seeds*
3 g High-Curcumin Turmeric Powder*
3 g Kashmiri Red Chili Powder*
5 g Organic Coriander Powder*
3 g Organic Garam Masala*
Salt to taste
200 ml water

Instructions:

1. Heat oil, add cumin seeds.
2. Add onion, sauté, then tomato with turmeric, chili, coriander, and salt.
3. Add chickpeas and water. Simmer 15 minutes.
4. Finish with garam masala.
