Ingredients:

150 g eggs (about 3)
50 g onion, chopped
30 g tomato, chopped
10 g green chili, chopped (optional)
3 g High-Curcumin Turmeric Powder*
3 g Kashmiri Red Chili Powder*
5 g Organic Coriander Powder*
5 g oil
Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Beat eggs with turmeric, chili powder, coriander, and salt.
2. Mix in onion, tomato, and chili.
