Ingredients:

400 g potatoes, boiled and cubed
200 g tomato, chopped
100 g onion, chopped
20 g oil
5 g Organic Cumin Seeds*
3 g Organic Mustard Seeds*
3 g High-Curcumin Turmeric Powder*
3 g Kashmiri Red Chili Powder*
5 g Organic Coriander Powder*
3 g Organic Garam Masala*
Salt to taste
100 ml water

Instructions:

1. Heat oil, crackle cumin and mustard seeds.
2. Add onion, sauté, then tomato.
3. Stir in turmeric, chili, coriander, and salt.
4. Add potatoes with water, cover and cook 10 minutes.
5. Finish with garam masala.
