Just Add Milk & Simmer
All you need is 2 cups of milk—boil, stir, and let the magic happen. Optional: add a spoonful of our Pure Indian Foods Ghee for even more richness. Whether on the stovetop or in your Instant Pot, you’ll have warm, creamy kheer ready in no time.
Directions

Boil 2 cups of milk (whole cow’s milk is traditional and recommended, but you may experiment with other milks as well).

Add milk and full contents of this packet to a pot.

Optional: Add 1 Tbsp Organic Grassfed Cultured Ghee.

Cook on medium-high, stirring occasionally, until rice is soft.
(For Instant Pot: Pressure cook on High for 12 min, NPR 10–15 min) -
Serve warm or chilled. Yields ~2 cups.
