It is very difficult to find organic, gluten free split red lentils. I was thrilled to find these and they are of excellent quality.

Finally Found Split Dal
Whole lentils are plentiful, but they don't give the right texture. These are awesome. I'm dissapointed that I could only order one 2lb bag at a time because shipping is pretty expensive and it won't last very long, but I'm happy with the product.
