Garam masala is a warming spice blend made from aromatic spices typically added just before you finish cooking a dish or as a garnish, like freshly ground black pepper.
We crafted this whole garam masala with exotic spices that you won't find in other garam masala blends. When you grind it fresh, you experience the most potent flavor and aroma these exotic spices have to offer! This is our family's treasured blend. We hope you enjoy it! Contains: Organic Black Peppercorn, Organic Black Cardamom, Organic Cardamom, Organic Ceylon Cinnamon, Organic Clove, Organic Cumin, Organic Ginger, Organic Long Pepper (Pippali), Organic Mace, Organic Nutmeg.
Culinary Uses: Garam masala is well suited for meat dishes, and is fried in ghee before any other ingredients are added. Alternatively, the spice is typically added at the end of cooking, or after serving. Garam masala is used in chicken dishes and rice dishes. The spice is delicious with autumn favorites, like baked squash.
