Welcome to Pure Indian Foods! Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Terms & Conditions") carefully before subscribing to any services offered by Pure Indian Foods ("us", "we", or "our").
By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not subscribe to our services.
1. Subscriptions
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to our services.
1.2 Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans. When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. The details, including the features, duration, and cost of each plan, are available on our website.
1.3 Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, either weekly, monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your chosen payment method. Any subscription will automatically renew at the price and frequency listed at checkout until it ends or you cancel. All cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy.
1.4 Payment: All payments must be made in advance. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries until your subscription plan is cancelled.
1.5 Recurring Shipping Cost: Shipping is charged on each recurring order at the lowest possible price available at the time of shipment. We ship using either USPS or UPS. You must provide an address which will work with either service. We do not offer Free Shipping. See our Shipping Policy for more information.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can also manage your subscription from there. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions which are cancelled after an item has already shipped are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations only apply to future orders which have not already shipped.
2.2 Refunds: We do not provide refunds on any shipping fees for unwanted items. We do not provide free return labels or free returns. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
3. Account Management
3.1 Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, including your email address and payment details.
4. Changes to Subscription Plans and Pricing
4.1 Modification & Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, including pricing and features, at any time. Some products may initially be purchased at a sale price, and later the sale price will be removed. When the sale price is removed, the subscription may either be cancelled if no product is available or renewed at a revised price minus discounts at the current retail price.
4.2 Effective Date: Changes to subscription plans will become effective at the start of your next billing cycle.
5. Availability & Changes
5.1 Availability: We strive to provide our products without interruption. However, we do not guarantee that the products will always be available. However, if any products to which you subscribe goes out of stock, we will attempt to fulfill the order as quickly as possible and notify you of any delays in production or shipping.
5.2 Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the subscription services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
