5. Products & Product Information
5.1 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products, including ingredients, nutritional information, certifications, usage instructions, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, colors, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Actual product packaging and materials may contain different or additional information.
5.2 Organic & Natural Products
Many of our products are certified organic and/or made with natural, traditional ingredients. Due to the natural origin of our ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, flavor, or aroma may occur between batches. Such variations are normal, do not constitute defects, and do not affect product quality or safety.
5.3 Not Medical or Nutritional Advice
5.4 Allergen Disclaimer
5.5 FDA & Regulatory Compliance
Our products are manufactured, packaged, and labeled in compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state food safety regulations, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and FDA regulations. Where applicable, our organic products are certified in accordance with the USDA National Organic Program (NOP). Statements regarding dietary supplements or traditional uses have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration unless explicitly noted.
5.6 Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. We are not liable if a product is unavailable after you have placed an order.
6. Orders & Pricing
6.1 Placing Orders: By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by Pure Indian Foods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or orders that appear to be placed by resellers or dealers in violation of our Sales & Use Restrictions (Section 9).
6.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax, shipping, or handling charges unless otherwise stated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
6.3 Pricing Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, system error, or other mistake, Pure Indian Foods reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at the incorrect price — whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method has been charged. If your payment has been charged and the order is canceled, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
6.4 Payment: We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
6.5 Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the product is shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation.
6.6 Order Limits: We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product purchased per person, household, or order. We may also refuse orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by resellers, dealers, or distributors.
7. Shipping & Delivery
7.1 Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy and will be displayed at checkout.
7.2 Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Pure Indian Foods shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7.3 Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.
7.4 Perishable & Temperature-Sensitive Products: Certain products (e.g., ghee, oils, or items sensitive to heat or cold) may require special handling during transit. While we take reasonable precautions in packaging, we cannot guarantee that products will not be affected by extreme temperatures during shipping. We are not responsible for product changes caused by carrier handling or environmental conditions during transit, but we encourage you to contact us if you receive a product in unsatisfactory condition.
7.5 International Orders: International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by their local authorities. Pure Indian Foods is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Product availability and shipping options may vary by destination.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
8.1 Our full return and refund policy is available on our Return & Refund Policy page. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth therein.
8.2 Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at support@pureindianfoods.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or full refund including return shipping costs.
8.3 Food Safety: Due to federal food safety regulations and the perishable nature of certain products, opened food items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Unopened items may be eligible for return subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
8.4 Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned product (if applicable). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
