GHEE - instead of butter
I wish I had discovered this stuff decades ago. I can't say enough good stuff about it. If you have gallbladder, kidney or celiac issues, this stuff will be your "go to" when you eat. Buy this samplier to figure out what you like best and then buy the bigger jar. Try it and you'll be hooked. I love them all.
