Arjuna Ghee supports a healthy cardiovascular system.*

Ingredients: Grassfed Organic Cultured Ghee, Organic Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna).

Suggested Use: As an herbal dietary supplement, for adults, take 1 teaspoon with warm water, up to 2 times per day, or as directed. Please consult your healthcare practitioner if you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication or have a medical condition, or if you experience an allergic reaction.

Reminder! These are meant to be used as a dietary supplement vs. used in cooking applications. The herbal ghees take on the taste of the herb. 4 of 5 Still learning how to use July 5, 2020

Tried as directed in water, doesn't taste bad but greasy to drink. Tried on crackers, like a soft cheese, worked better that ways. Not sure if I can cook with it without losing some benefits, but I think I could add after cooking, i.e. on popcorn. Not recommending any of the above, just trying to see how I can use it daily.
