Double Mango Smoothies with Ginger and Vanilla

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup Alphonso Mango Puree
  • 1 cup mango frozen, cubed
  • raw honey or other natural sweetener optional
  • 1-2 tsp ginger fresh, grated or minced
  • 1/2-1 tsp organic vanilla extract
  • almond or coconut milk as needed

Instructions

  1. Puree yogurt, mango puree, frozen mango cubes, honey, ginger and vanilla in a blender, adding almond or coconut milk to desired consistency. 
  2. Serve immediately.
