I was not interested in flavored ghee until I tried the sampler. These are wonderful for a cook's use in one or two dishes, and also as small holiday gifts.

Best Made Ghee
I bought many types of Ghee from the Pure Indian Foods Company. I have not tried them all but 2 (Digestive Ghee and the regular ghee) are tasty in my coffee and matcha tea. After reading about this company and the where the product is sourced, I did not look any further. I felt very good buying their products. The Agarwal family cares about quality and follow up with how you like their products. I love seeing their family photos with more then honest looking happy faces of people who love what their are producing and are proud of their products. I will be ordering more in the future as soon as I run out. THANK YOU for giving us a great product we can trust.
