Our recipe includes just 12 of them, which are very carefully selected. A typical Madras-style curry powder uses spices like coriander, cumin, mustard seed, black pepper, ginger and chili. However, our recipe takes it further by adding fenugreek seed (which balances the blend with slight bitterness), as well as cardamom, nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon, which make it ever more aromatic. We then finished it with our high-curcumin organic turmeric powder to it, as no curry powder is complete without a potent turmeric powder."
