Rock sugar is simply sugar that has been allowed to form larger crystals. Our organic mishri is perfect for dissolving in warm milk or tea. It can also be used in dessert soups, added to stir fries, or used to marinate meat. In the Netherlands, this type of sugar is baked into a Frisian luxury version of white bread called suikerbrood. However, you use it, it is sure to delight!
