It’s difficult where I live to get a good organic Besan flour. Supermarket besan or chickpea flour just doesn’t do it for me. This is my favorite brand. Creates perfect pancakes and other dishes. I like to mix with a little rice flour to make perfect flat pancakes with cilantro and chilies. I would never think to buy another brand. I even bring with me when I travel as it already comes bubble wrapped. Big fan of the product and this company..

This is the BEST chickpea flour ever!
I have tried other brands of chickpea flour and didn’t like the way the finished product tasted. Your flour has no chickpea flavor in the finished product.

Thank you so much for your prompt and efficient service. I am only cooking for one person, so I haven't even opened some of the products. However, I appreciate all of them. There is one item that I was looking for that you were out of, and that was ground cardamom.
