While it's true we get lots of requests for Fat Free Ghee, this product is actually impossible to make! Ghee is butter that has been clarified. To clarify butter, it is slowly heated until the milk solids separate from the butter oil. The milk solids are filtered out and discarded, and what remains is pure butter oil or "ghee." As a result, ghee is 100% pure fat. In reality, there is no need for ghee to be fat-free, since good fats are so good for you :)
