For orders $75 and over, shipped within USA: Your order qualifies for Free Economy Shipping. Your shipping address must accept both UPS and USPS deliveries in order to take advantage of this offer. If your shipping address accepts deliveries from only UPS or only USPS, you still have a choice to select that carrier and pay for the shipping. Appropriate shipping rates will be shown to you on the checkout page. If your shipped package returns back to us due to an incorrect shipping address, then you have the choice to pay the shipping to get your package reshipped to the correct address, or receive a refund minus the original shipping cost.

You will see shipping rates for both UPS and USPS on the checkout page. You may select the carrier of your choice.

We ship all orders within 3 business days. In case of any delay, we notify you by e-mail.

International Orders: International orders are shipped only via US Postal Service International Priority Mail. We ship to all the countries. US Postal Service: We use Priority Mail service from USPS. The delivery time is 2-3 days to any US address. International shipping time varies by the country it is shipped to. Details are available on

Shipping Cost: Shipping cost is based on weight of the package and the distance it has to travel. We ship the orders from New Jersey, USA. Shipping is not a profit center for us. We don’t even cover our shipping and packaging costs in most cases. Unlike many other online retailers, we can’t offer any free shipping. The reason is that many such retailers cover the shipping cost by charging you more for the products. We provide you the products at the best possible rate.

How to save money on shipping? Shipping for multiple items is more economical and often costs only a bit more than shipping a single item. We also offer you Flat Rate shipping using US Postal Service. You will see this shipping option during checkout. Please see below to learn how to get the most out of our flat rate shipping option. Incorrect or incomplete shipping address: If the shipping address that you supply is found to be incomplete or incorrect then you are responsible for the additional charges imposed by the shipping company for correcting the address. If we send you a shipment and it gets returned back to us as it was undeliverable to the address provided, we will refund the amount you had paid for the products only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping cost.

Packaging Material: We minimize the amount of packing material used while ensuring that your package arrives safely. We use recycled and biodegradable packaging materials whenever possible.

Pickup: We are an online retailer. We are not setup for retail sale and can’t offer pickup option. Please scroll down for Store List link.

Returns: If you refuse the order or if the carrier was not able to deliver it, we will give full refund less the shipping charges.

If you receive the order and you are not satisfied with it, you can return the merchandise in original packaging within 14 days along with the receipt. Once we receive your package, we will refund the amount charged of the items returned. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or defective.

We want our customers to be satisfied with the quality of our products. If a product is damaged during shipping or you are unhappy with the product, simply let us know, and we will try to resolve the situation to your satisfaction in a way that is fair to both parties.
