How to use:
Boil 8 ounces of water and add 1 teaspoon of tea. Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Strain before serving.
Suggestions:
Add 1/4 tsp
turmeric and/or 1/8 tsp
black pepper while brewing. Strain and cool, then add honey (
or other sweetener) and/or 1/4 tsp
Amla Powder.
If you are not used to drinking bitter tasting tea, you may:- dilute it (by adding more water or a beverage of your choice)
- add a sweetener of your choice
