Be aware that a tracking number is generated once we go to pack your order. This does not mean it is shipped yet. This means that we have printed your label and are preparing it to be shipped to you. Please use your link to track your package in the future.

Shipping & Handling

Current Handing Time: 5-7 business days.

Delays with UPS: 5-14 days depending on location (2-3 times the normal delivery time)

Delays with USPS: Please note, the United States Postal Service (USPS) is experiencing delays due to increased mail volume and some localized interruptions to delivery services. Additionally, due to increased mail volume USPS is reporting some shipments are not being scanned which will result in inaccurate tracking information. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as the USPS works to deliver your shipment. Please allow an extra 3-10 business days for your package to arrive. International Shipping
Currently unavailable. Right now, we are only shipping within North America (United States and Canada). Please be aware, there may be significant delays to Canada. Your order may take over a month to arrive.

The best way to contact us is via email or text. If you are contacting us about an order, please provide the order number in your message. We typically reply to email or text within 2 hours during our business hours. We are a small team and a family business, and your patience is appreciated.

$300 maximum per order. Check each product page (under the price) for individual product limitations.

Forgot to add something to your order?

Please contact us with your order number, and we will provide next steps. You can also place a second order and request a cancellation and refund of the first order. We will take care of it.

Volume Discounts

As of June 1, individual ghees may still have quantity limits, but you can mix-and-match for up to 5% off 6 ghees.
As of July 22, we have re-enabled 10% off of 6 or more spices.

Free Shipping
We have re-enabled Free Shipping on domestic orders over $125.

Local Pick-Up?

We don’t offer local pick-ups. Shipping is the only option.

All of our facilities have the highest levels of food and employee safety certifications, strictly following GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices). Nevertheless, we are reinforcing adherence to our rigorous and established hygiene processes and increasing sanitation measures throughout. As we closely follow the developing situation, we will continue to stay at the forefront of best manufacturing and shipping practices. Additionally, any employees who exhibit symptoms or feel unwell are encouraged to stay home and rest. The health of our employees and our larger community is our utmost concern.
