All of our facilities have the highest levels of food and employee safety certifications, strictly following GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices). Nevertheless, we are reinforcing adherence to our rigorous and established hygiene processes and increasing sanitation measures throughout. As we closely follow the developing situation, we will continue to stay at the forefront of best manufacturing and shipping practices. Additionally, any employees who exhibit symptoms or feel unwell are encouraged to stay home and rest. The health of our employees and our larger community is our utmost concern.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are based on your order's weight and the distance it's shipped. All orders ship from New Jersey, USA. Shipping is not a profit center for us. We package each box carefully using recycled and biodegradable packaging materials (whenever possible) to prevent breakage for these handcrafted products. We don’t even cover our shipping and packaging costs in most cases. Unlike many other online retailers, we cannot offer free shipping at lower thresholds. Many such retailers cover the shipping cost by charging you more for the products. We provide you the products at the best possible rate and provide you with reasonable shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated for your review during checkout.

Free Economy Shipping on orders over $125 (No P.O. Boxes)

Orders that qualify for free shipping are usually shipped Economy Rate. You may choose a different shipping method for an additional charge. Free shipping applies to the continental U.S. only (excluding HI, AK and other US territories). Please note that order value is calculated after all applicable discounts, as shown on the cart page. This means that if you use a discount coupon code on your order, your order must be greater than $125.00 AFTER the discount has been applied in order to qualify for free shipping.

Economy Rate shipping is our most economical shipping option for shipping to residential addresses in the continental United States. It’s the method most often used for free shipping. Most orders will be delivered within 10 business days, but longer delays are possible. All shipments have a tracking number, so you can easily track your order online.

Your shipping address must accept both UPS and USPS deliveries in order to take advantage of this offer. If your shipping address accepts deliveries from only UPS or only USPS, you still have a choice to select that carrier and pay for the shipping. Appropriate shipping rates will be shown to you on the checkout page. If your shipped package returns back to us due to an incorrect shipping address, then you have the choice to pay the shipping to get your package reshipped to the correct address, or receive a refund minus the original shipping cost.

For orders below $125, shipped within USA: You will see shipping rates for both UPS and USPS on the checkout page. You may select the carrier of your choice.

We are an online retailer. We are not setup for retail sale and do not offer a local pickup option.

Here is information regarding our shipping and delivery times, and our carriers.

The first business day will be calculated according to how we process and ship orders according to the following schedule (all times are Eastern Standard Time):

  • Orders placed by 11:59 AM EST - First business day will be the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST - First business day will be in 2 business days.
  • Orders placed between 6:00 PM EST Friday and 7:00 AM Monday - Tuesday will be the first business day

Who do I contact if my mail is late?

Your local Post Office™ location should be able to address most of your concerns. If you wish to contact a customer representative, email USPS your concern with as much detail as possible and USPS will get back to you within 24 hours.

Flat Rate Shipping

Based off box size, not weight. Delivery in 2-3 days. Delivers to mailboxes, mail slots, PO Boxes™, APO and FPO. We offer this shipping option as a way for our customers to save money on the shipping cost. While preparing your order for shipping, if we find that the products you have purchased will not safely fit in the Flat Rate Box selected, we will contact you for other shipping options.

International Shipping

Currently unavailable for most countries. Right now, we are only shipping within North America (United States and Canada). Please be aware, there may be significant delays to Canada. Your order may take over a month to arrive. International orders are shipped only via US Postal Service International Priority Mail. You are responsible for any duties and fees charged by your customs department. All International Packages are insured.

Contacting Us

The best way to contact us is via email or text (609-785-9100). If you are contacting us about an order, please provide the order number in your message. We typically reply to email or text within 2 hours during our business hours. We are a small team and a family business, and your patience is appreciated.

Order Limits

$400 maximum per order. Check each product page (under the price) for individual product limitations.

Forgot to add something to your order?

Please contact us with your order number, and we will provide next steps. You can also place a second order and request a cancellation and refund of the first order. We will take care of it.

Volume Discounts

As of June 1, individual ghees may still have quantity limits, but you can mix-and-match for up to 5% off 6 ghees.


If you refuse the order or if the carrier was not able to deliver it, we will give full refund less the shipping charges. If the shipping address that you supply is found to be incomplete or incorrect then you are responsible for the additional charges imposed by the shipping company for correcting the address. If we send you a shipment and it gets returned back to us as it was undeliverable to the address provided, we will refund the amount you had paid for the products only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping cost. We offer the option to reship the same order to an alternative address for an additional shipping fee.

If you receive the order and you are not satisfied with it, you can return the merchandise in original packaging within 14 days along with the receipt. Once we receive your package, we will refund the amount charged of the items returned. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping costs, unless the product is damaged or defective.

We have a 14 day policy for missing or damaged items. Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues. We want our customers to be satisfied with the quality of our products. If a product is damaged during shipping or you are unhappy with the product, simply let us know, and we will try to resolve the situation to your satisfaction in a way that is fair to both parties. We are a small company and try to do our best for each situation.

We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to purchasing.
