This ghee is amazing- it took me a while to try it because I just didn’t like the smell or taste of the ghee I had tried in the past. It smells great and the taste is "buttery"! I am temporarily on a casein free diet, so being able to eat such a delicious casein free butter replacement is just wonderful. And knowing it comes from grassfed butter makes it great from a health perspective.

This organic ghee wonderful. I make a kind of hollindaise sauce mixing it with mayo melted together in a sauce pan and drizzled on soft boiled eggs. Use it straight on gluten-free toast, I cook with it, and plan to try some of the uses suggested on this website.

I love your grassfed organic ghee! Very nutty--the grainy texture makes it much more intriguing than the store-bought organic ghee I'd tried before (or the batch I made myself). It makes a very nice combo with fresh pita bread--I made spelt-kamut pita yesterday in part so that I could try out your ghee. Then I mixed it with Celtic sea salt and some chives I snipped from my garden. Very, very nice spread for the pita. Today I'm going to sauté a batch of garlic in it to use for hummus. I passed on some of your ghee to my mother. She’s also an avid cook. She also said it had a richer, more intriguing flavor than standard butter.

I use your grass-fed organic ghee in many ways, but I especially like to use it with eggs. Because it gets hot without burning I can cook a scrambled egg very quickly with good flavor. I have also started using it to make hollandaise sauce, where it is a very good substitute for butter and much easier to work with.

I received your grassfed ghee yesterday and used it with last night’s meal and then today also. It is the best that I have ever used -- really soft and rich! I am so glad that I found you online. I had been reading some articles on the Internet, which is what led me to search for a better ghee than what I have been buying -- the leading brand available in most health food stores, which is very hard and "waxy" compared with yours, but I have tried many other ghees over the years too. Also, yesterday happened to be market day for me, so I gave a sample to the manager at my local health foods store and told him to compare it with their existing brand of ghee -- no comparison! Pure Indian Foods is THE BEST Ghee I've ever tried because it’s made from top-quality milk from grass-fed cows. There was a bit of a delay in shipping my 1st order, but I learned my lesson -- don’t order online on Fridays because you don’t ship on Saturdays! I can’t afford to buy grass-fed beef that often, but I can afford to safegaurd my health by using grass-fed Ghee regularly. Other than coconut oil & Kerrygold butter (an Irish butter from grass-ged cows), your organic Ghee is the only other fat I cook with now.

I love grass-fed organic ghee from Pure Indian Foods. I have to tell you, I found a ghee product on my local supermarket shelf, and bought it to compare. NO COMPARISON at all. The stuff was solid at room temperature rather than the gel-like consistency of your ghee. It didn’t taste as complex or rich-----just fatty. I didn’t even finish the jar before discarding. There’s just something special about your jars of goodness. Perhaps it is the sacred quality I can sense in the ghee. I just don’t know where to begin. I love this amazing grassfed organic ghee. I use it in everything. The taste is AMAZING! I have tried other ghee, but none compares to this. For dinner tonight I grilled a fat piece of salmon and sautéed garlic and fresh dill in the ghee and smeared it all over the fish. Unbelievable. I also make what I call "3 ghee pancakes" - use a little melted ghee in the batter, a small amount in the frying pan and then a little on top of the hot pancake. It’s three levels of flavor that’s magnificently scrumptious. With that said, I want to also comment on the customer service at Pure Indian Foods. Quick replies from the owner, not some generated email mind you, but REAL customer service. Mind boggling, but it’s true. You really should try it, you won’t be disappointed.
