Please note that total shipping for multiple items is more economical and often costs only a bit more than shipping a single item. If the shipping address that you supply is found to be incomplete or incorrect then you are responsible for the additional charges imposed by the shipping company for correcting the address. If we send you a shipment and it gets returned back to us as it was undeliverable to the address provided, we will refund the amount you had paid for the products only. We can not refund the shipping cost.
We minimize the amount of packing material used while ensuring that your package arrives safely. We use recycled and biodegradable materials whenever possible. However, not all of the packing material that we use may be biodegradable. If you have any comments or questions about our packaging then please contact us.
Shipping is not a profit center for us. We don’ even cover our costs in most cases. Unlike many other online retailers, we can’t offer any FREE shipping. The reason is that many such retailers cover the shipping cost by charging you more for the products. We provide you the products at the best possible rate.
Shipping cost is based on weight of the package and the distance it has to travel. Your orders are shipped from New Jersey, USA.
We are an online retailer. We are not setup for retail sale and can’t offer pickup option.

Please send the completed form with a check or money order to the address on the order form. Your order will ship after the funds have been received in our account. Order Cancellation and Refund
Please contact us by phone if you want to cancel an order.
If the order has not shipped yet, we will gladly cancel your order and refund the full amount back to your credit card.
If the order has already been shipped then there is no way for us to cancel that order.
If you refuse the order or if the carrier was not able to deliver it, we will give full refund less the shipping charges.
If you receive the order and you are not satisfied with it, you can return the merchandise in original packaging within 14 days along with the receipt. Once we receive your package, we will refund the amount charged of the items returned. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping costs.
